Discount consequently became easier once more, and three months commercial paper was rarely obtainable 2,5 per cent. while August Treasury bills were scarcely better than 2 per cent. Tomorrows Treasury bills are expected to be taken on much the same terms as a week ago shade over 2 per cent.
