Giuliani says Trump campaign will sue over alleged electoral fraud in Pennsylvania

Donald Trump’s personal lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani declared that President Trump’s campaign will sue over allegations of widespread voter fraud in key battleground states during the election. Giuliani made the statements during an impromptu press conference on Saturday in Philadelphia. “We’re going to file a federal lawsuit. It will cover here and Pittsburgh. We’ll have as many witnesses as the court needs. Right now it could be as many as 90 witnesses. That’s called evidence that there was a uniform depravation of the right to inspect, which consititutes to fraud on the people of Pennsylvania, which constitutes to fraud on all legitimate voters,” declared Giuliani. The campaign has now brought many similar charges into court since Election Day. They attempted to investigate in Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania, but all but one of the cases has been rejected. Donald Trump has sparked confusion before the press conference by announcing three times on Twitter that there will be a “big press conference” held in Philadelphia. First Trump tweeted that it would be at the four-star Four Seasons hotel, before correcting himself three times and announcing that it will actually be held at a small landscaping firm named Four Seasons. After media outlets announced the result, Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris respectively updated their Twitter biographies to ‘President-Elect’ and ‘Vice President-Elect’. According to a text-statement released by President Donald Trump on the media announcement of the election results, his campaign intends to pose a legal challenge to the projected election victory, with no mention of the president conceding.
